The Register of Public Sector Partners (RPSP) is Slovakia-specific public register containing the data of the ultimate beneficial owners, factual or presumed.
The registration duty concerns mainly
- successful bidders in public tenders,
- companies concluding business contracts with the state, self-government or other public sector entities as well as
- recipients of state subsidies or EU funds.
